- From Worcester Centrum Centre take Central Street East under the metal railroad bridge
- Go Left on I-290 East
- Take Exit 19 and follow I-190 North
- Leave I-190 at Exit 6
- To visit American Harley-Davidson in Leominster, go North on SR 12 one mile. They are on the left. Then return to this point and continue south on SR12
- Go South on SR 12
- Go West on SR 62
- Go North on SR 140
- While you are traveling on SR 140, SR 31 will join SR 140 and then leave SR 140.
- After SR 31 leaves SR 140, take the second Left (approximately 2 miles) onto Mile Hill Road, following the signs to Mt. Wachusett
- At the base of the mountain you can ride the chair lift to the top or drive to the top on the auto road. Mt. Wachusett is the highest point in eastern Massachusetts
- The name for Mile Hill Road has now changed to Mountain Road. Continue south on Mountain Road to Princeton Center
- In Princeton Center, turn Right onto SR 62 West
- Turn Left on SR 68 South
- Bear Right on SR 56 South toward Rutland
- Rutland is the geographical center of Massachusetts
- 8/10ths of a mile south of Rutland center is Prescott St. If you take this left you can drive to a buffalo farm and see them in the pastures. Then return to SR 56 south
- Continue South on SR 56 to Paxton
- Follow SR 122 back into Worcester
